Where a destination is marked landline, only landline numbers are included in the allowance; Ukraine is mobile numbers only. Numbers are dialled directly, but special numbers, such as numbers beginning 0800 and other toll or premium-rate numbers, are excluded. Calls and texts within Australia have no restrictions, and the number cannot receive SMS while outside Australia.

Finding your number
The number is assigned when the eSIM first connects. iPhone: Settings › Cellular › your eSIM line › My Number. Android: Settings › About phone › SIM status.

Read before you buy

This plan starts on a date you book now, at least 2 days ahead and at most 60 days out (Australia time). Enter it as YYYY-MM-DD if your browser shows a plain text box. The eSIM is delivered right after payment and will not connect before that date.

Prices in US dollars; the coin amount is fixed when the payment page opens and holds for two hours. Card payment and the full plan page are on the full site.

Questions

Can I cancel or get a refund?
No. Our supplier provisions these plans on non-refundable terms, so a purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if the eSIM has not been installed. Please double check the plan details before buying. You have 60 days from purchase to install and activate the plan.
Is this a real phone number or VoIP?
This is a real Australian mobile number on the Vodafone network, not a VoIP number. It receives calls and SMS like any regular mobile line.
Will this plan work on my phone?
The network behind this plan only admits handsets on its supported handset list. Does it receive verification (OTP) texts?
We cannot confirm this. Our network operator has never confirmed in writing that the number receives third party verification (OTP) texts, so please do not buy this plan for that purpose. What the operator has confirmed is that calls and texts within Australia have no restrictions, and that the number cannot receive SMS while you are outside Australia. This plan is non-refundable, so treat OTP delivery as unverified.
How does activation work?
This plan activates on a designated date, which must be booked at least 2 days ahead of when you want service to start. The QR code supports a one-time download, so save it before installing.

Talk and text within Australia are unlimited, and calls to 35 countries are also unlimited, including the United Kingdom and the United States. No. Each plan is a single cycle. When the plan ends the number is released, and buying a new plan means getting a new number.
