Please read these terms carefully before using PikaSim services. By purchasing or using our eSIM products, you agree to these terms.

1. About PikaSim

PikaSim is a digital eSIM service operated in the United States. We provide prepaid eSIM data packages for international travel without requiring account registration or identity verification.

2. What We Sell & Delivery

PikaSim sells digital eSIM profiles (activation codes/QR codes) that provide prepaid mobile data service in various countries and regions.

Delivery Method

  • Immediate digital delivery - Your eSIM activation code and QR code are displayed on-screen immediately after successful payment
  • You receive a unique link to access your eSIM details at any time
  • Email delivery is optional - we do not require an email address
  • You are responsible for saving your ICCID, activation link, and/or QR code
Important: Your unique eSIM link contains your activation credentials. Keep it private and do not share it with others. PikaSim is not liable if someone else uses your eSIM because you shared your link or QR code.

3. Privacy & No-KYC Policy

Our Commitment: PikaSim operates on a strict no-KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. We will never require identity verification, government IDs, or personal identification documents.

What We Don't Collect

  • No identity documents or verification
  • No account registration required
  • No phone number required
  • Email is optional (only for delivery preference)
  • No tracking of your data usage or browsing activity

4. Refund Policy

Activated or Installed eSIMs are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once an eSIM has been installed on a device or activated on a carrier network, it cannot be refunded as the service has been consumed.

eSIMs that have NOT been installed or activated may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis.

NOT Eligible for Refund

eSIMs that have been installed, activated, or where data has been used cannot be refunded.

Payment Issues

If your payment was processed but you did not receive your eSIM (non-provisioned), please contact us at support@pikasim.com. We will attempt to recover or re-provision your eSIM, but recovery is not guaranteed in all cases.

5. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are FINAL once confirmed on the blockchain.
  • We accept Bitcoin (on-chain and Lightning Network) and other cryptocurrencies
  • Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature
  • Refunds for crypto payments, if approved, will be processed at our discretion and may be subject to exchange rate differences
  • Ensure you send the correct amount to the correct address before confirming

6. Device Compatibility & User Responsibility

Before purchasing, you must verify:

  • Your device supports eSIM technology
  • Your device is carrier unlocked (not locked to a specific carrier)
  • Your device is compatible with the destination network frequencies
  • eSIM functionality is not disabled by your carrier or region
PikaSim is NOT responsible for:
  • Carrier restrictions or carrier-locked devices
  • Region-locked devices or eSIM restrictions
  • Operating system bugs or device software issues
  • Incompatible devices or network frequency mismatches

7. Service Limitations

PikaSim provides eSIM data service through partnerships with international carriers. Please understand the following limitations:

Coverage & Quality

  • Network coverage and quality depend on partner carriers and local infrastructure
  • Coverage maps are estimates; actual coverage may vary
  • Rural or remote areas may have limited or no coverage

Performance

  • Speeds are NOT guaranteed - Actual speeds depend on network congestion, location, and carrier policies
  • Latency is NOT guaranteed - May vary based on network conditions
  • Availability is NOT guaranteed - Networks may experience outages or maintenance
  • Some packages may have speed throttling after fair use limits (indicated in package details)

Data-Only Service

PikaSim eSIMs provide data service only. Voice calls and SMS require internet-based apps (VoIP, messaging apps). Native phone calls and SMS are not included unless specifically stated.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Fair Use

Our service is designed for personal use. Excessive usage that impacts network quality for other users may result in throttling or service suspension.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use PikaSim services for:

  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Fraud or fraudulent purposes
  • Network interference or attacks on network infrastructure
  • Bulk abuse or automated mass usage
  • Reselling service without authorization
  • Spam or unsolicited mass communications
  • Any activity that violates local laws in your location
Service Suspension: PikaSim reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without notice if abuse is detected. No refunds will be provided for suspended accounts due to terms violations.

9. Account-less Usage & Link Security

PikaSim operates without user accounts. Your eSIM is accessed via a unique, private URL.

Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your eSIM link private - Treat it like a password
  • Do not share your QR code or activation link publicly
  • Save your ICCID for reference and support requests
Liability: PikaSim is NOT liable if someone else accesses or uses your eSIM because you shared your link, QR code, or activation credentials. Once installed, the eSIM belongs to whoever installed it.

10. Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is"

PikaSim services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Maximum Liability

In no event shall PikaSim's liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM package giving rise to the claim.

Exclusion of Damages

PikaSim shall NOT be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from service interruptions or network issues
  • Damages caused by carrier or third-party actions
  • Any damages exceeding the purchase price of your eSIM

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any formal dispute, please contact us at support@pikasim.com. We will attempt to resolve your concern within 30 days.
  2. Formal Proceedings: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

PikaSim reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Important: The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your purchase governs that specific order. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms for future purchases.
