Refunds and trust, in plain English

When an eSIM is refundable, when it is not, and why we would rather tell you the honest limits than bury them.

The short version

An unused eSIM you never installed can be refunded. An eSIM that activated but genuinely could not connect, and was barely used, may be refunded after troubleshooting. An eSIM you actually used is not refundable. We do not make blanket guarantees, and we do not deny a real failure over the few megabytes a broken connection burns.

If you have read the reviews of other eSIM sellers, you know the pattern: the eSIM never worked, and the refund was denied because "you used data," pointing at a fraction of a gigabyte that the failed connection attempts used up. We built our policy specifically to not do that.

When you can get a refund

Unused eSIM

You bought it and never installed or activated it. Zero usage. This is the simplest case, and it is refundable.

Non-functional eSIM

It activated but could not actually connect, and you used only a tiny amount of data on the failed attempts. After basic troubleshooting does not fix it, you may be eligible. This is out of pocket for us, so it has tighter limits, but it is a real path, not a dead end.

When you cannot

Being straight about this up front is part of the point. These are not refundable:

What "we handle it fairly" actually means

  • A non-functional eSIM is judged on whether it worked, not on the handful of megabytes a failed connection used. Real breakage sits near zero usage; we account for that.
  • Refunds are reviewed by a human, usually within 24 to 48 hours, not auto-denied by a threshold that catches the exact symptom of the problem.
  • We ask you to try basic troubleshooting first, because most "it will not connect" cases are a quick settings fix and you get working data faster that way than waiting on a refund.
  • We do not offer credits, extensions, or goodwill extras in place of a refund. Eligible means a refund; not eligible means we tell you plainly why.

Why you can trust a store with no account

There are no accounts, no email required, and no ID. That is a privacy choice, not a way to dodge support. To help you, we verify ownership by matching what you bought, when, and how you paid against our records. You can pay with a card or with crypto, and refunds go back the way that makes sense for how you paid.

Think an eSIM of yours qualifies? Reach out through support with what you bought and what went wrong, and we will look into it. No account needed.

Common questions

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We do not make blanket guarantees, because that is not honest for a data product you activate and use. What we do is spell out exactly when an eSIM is refundable and apply it fairly. If your case fits, message support and we will look into it.

My eSIM never worked. Can I get a refund?

Likely yes, if it was genuinely non-functional and barely used. If your eSIM activated but could not connect, and you used only a tiny amount of data on failed connection attempts, you may be eligible after basic troubleshooting does not fix it. This is the exact case other providers deny by pointing at the few megabytes their own failed handshakes burned. We do not.

I bought the wrong plan or country. Can I get a refund?

An unused eSIM you never installed can be refunded. If you already activated and used it, a changed-mind or wrong-purchase is not refundable, because the data was delivered and used. If you bought the wrong product but have not used it, contact support before you install it.

How fast are refunds?

Eligible refunds are processed manually, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Crypto refunds go back to an address you provide. We would rather take a day and get it right than run an automated system that gets it wrong.

Do you offer credits, extensions, or goodwill gestures instead?

No. We do not do store credit, service extensions, data freezes, or goodwill extras. It keeps pricing honest and avoids the runaround. Eligible eSIMs get a refund; that is the whole policy.

Do I need an account to get support or a refund?

No. There are no accounts here. To help you we verify ownership by asking what you bought, when, and how you paid, then match it to our records. No email or ID is required.
