What's the difference between Quick SMS and Long-term Rental?
Quick SMS: One-time verification codes from various countries. You get a temporary number, receive one SMS, and you're done. Auto-refund if no SMS received within 10 minutes. Numbers may be VoIP or real mobile depending on the country/service.
Long-term Rental: Keep the same real non-VoIP US mobile number for 28+ days. Receive unlimited SMS messages. These are actual SIM-based numbers that work with virtually all services, including those that block VoIP. Great for ongoing verifications or services that send multiple codes.
I need a non-VoIP number. Which option should I choose?
Choose Long-term Rental. Our long-term rental numbers are real non-VoIP mobile numbers (actual SIM cards), which work with services that block VoIP numbers like banks, financial apps, and strict verification systems. Quick SMS numbers may include VoIP options depending on the country and service selected.
Why is long-term rental stock limited?
Long-term rentals use real physical SIM cards with actual mobile numbers, not virtual/VoIP numbers. This means we have limited inventory that changes frequently. If you need a non-VoIP number, we recommend purchasing when available as stock can sell out quickly.
What happens if I don't receive the SMS (Quick SMS)?
If no SMS is received within 10 minutes, your credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. No action needed from you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, and Bitcoin/Lightning/Monero via our self-hosted BTCPay Server. You deposit to your wallet, then purchase from your balance.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We don't require account creation, ID verification, or personal details. Your wallet code is the only way to access your orders.
Can I get a refund?
Quick SMS orders auto-refund if no SMS is received. Long-term rentals are non-refundable once activated. Unused wallet balance cannot be refunded.
