Not connecting? Try this first

Most connectivity problems are on the device, not the network. Before anything else:

  • Force 4G / LTE. On your PikaSim line set Voice & Data to LTE (turn 5G off), then power your phone off for 60 seconds and back on. Roaming networks often can't hold a 5G registration.
  • Toggle Airplane mode for 15 seconds to re-register with the network.
  • Check Data Roaming is ON for the PikaSim line (Settings → Cellular → your PikaSim line → Data Roaming).
  • Try a manual network (Settings → Cellular → Network Selection → off, pick another carrier).
