This is a real French +33 mobile number on the Orange network, not a VoIP number. It receives calls and SMS like any regular mobile line.
Does it receive verification (OTP) texts?
Yes. The number receives verification (OTP) texts, so it works for account signups and two-factor codes that accept French mobile numbers.
Where does it work?
Across the European coverage area, with unlimited calls within that area. Each tier also includes a bucket of international minutes and SMS. Your data breaks out through France, so websites see a French IP address.
Can I keep my number by renewing or topping up?
No. Each plan is a single cycle. When the plan ends the number is released, and buying a new plan means getting a new number.
What is special about the 500GB 90 day plan?
The carrier requires identity verification via an SMS link to keep using that plan past 30 days. The smaller 30 day plans have no such requirement.
How do I find my phone number?
The number is assigned when you activate the eSIM. On iPhone check Settings, Cellular, then your eSIM line and look for My Number. On Android check Settings, About Phone, SIM Status.
