Top-ups later need only the ICCID from your eSIM, not an account.

Can I make calls or send texts on a PikaSim data eSIM in Ukraine?

No, our standard eSIMs for Ukraine are data-only, so they do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS. You can still use apps like WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, or FaceTime that work over data. If you specifically need a real phone number, PikaSim also sells phone-number eSIMs and SMS-verification numbers separately from the data plans.
